Dear shareholders of Mogotex OJSC On November 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Mogotex OJSC will be held.

The meeting will be held at the following address: Mogilev, Grishina St., 87 (meeting room, 8th floor of the administrative building)

Agenda:

1. On approval of the quantitative and personal composition of the counting commission.

2. Early termination of powers of the members of the supervisory board.

3. Election of members of the supervisory board.

Shareholders can familiarize themselves with the materials prepared for the meeting at the following address: Mogilev, Grishina St., 87, 3rd floor, office 315, from November 8, 2024 (daily on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Acceptance of proposals for the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and proposals to nominate candidates to the supervisory board - from October 23, 2024 to October 28, 2024.

Proposals for the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, as well as for candidates to the supervisory board, may be submitted in the manner prescribed by the charter of OJSC Mogotex, by shareholders (shareholder) who collectively own two or more percent of the voting shares of OJSC Mogotex.

The registration time for meeting participants is from 9.30 to 10.50.

The list of persons entitled to participate in the meeting is compiled based on the register data as of October 21, 2024.

To register, the following documents must be available: a shareholder of the company - an identity document, a shareholder's representative - an identity document, a power of attorney and (or) an agency agreement.

The body convening the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders is the supervisory board of OJSC Mogotex.

The basis for convening the extraordinary general meeting is the decision of the supervisory board (minutes of the supervisory board dated 10/21/2023
